All the harvesting is done by hand with 1carefull selection (only matured grapes).
Malolactic fermentation and ageing in new barrels for 18 months (100%).This wine comes from my best terroir at the top of a hill.
Yield: 40 hectoliters per hectar (90 % merlot, 10% cabernet).
Tasting comments: a great wine , with a full fruity attack , a delicate silky texture and a long and persistent finish. The global intensity is very important.

“One finds all the charm of the merlot combined with low outputs and a judicious breeding in this vintage vinified with talent. Constant dress. Precise flavours evoking the plum jam, réhaussés of empyreumatic notes just underlined by wooded an end; the nostrils are with the festival. In mouth, one can speak about sap, of amplitude, silky tannins which paper the palate, of balance and excellent length. In short, this wine of sizeable guard is already delicious” Thuriès Gastronomie Magazine December 2006
